Really comfy beds, nice and warm, really convenient location, very clean, accommodating host

The room was filthy & covered in big bugs / flies. Totally unfit for purpose and had to leave and find accommodation elsewhere

It is a fabulous room which was brilliant for 8 friends. Superb location. Great communication. Such a bargain. Very clean and perfectly equipped for what we needed.

It could do with a bigger sofa or bean bags to seat more of us (but that's nit picking as we sat on the endow the beds and the stairs

This is a fantastic location for Bournemouth. It was great to have a one room option for us to stay in.

We knew it would be small and compact, but instead of a 2 seat couch for 8 people room, a table with 2 benches would enable people to sit and each/chat in relative comfort. The worst bit was the bathroom. Its set as a wet room, but after one person took a basic shower, the drains did not clear and the room flooded. By the time all 6 of us took shower - no one washed their hair - the water was sloshing out into the bedroom and we had to use all the towels to mop up. This meant that the toilet was unusable for anyone dressed.

For a room of 8, we only got given 1 and a half toilet rolls which meant we ran out on the last night. There were no staff to ask for more

There were a lot of mosquitoes, the television was impossible to connect to the Internet, the children could not use it, and the sockets were constantly tripping, it was impossible to charge the phones.
