Amazing house. Luxury house,clean and comfortable. Big bedrooms . Toilets very clean. Excellent parking space. Big garden. Good communication it Jane. We was in control of the heating. No noise outside we had a good sleep at night. 9 minutes from sea side. I would recommend it

"A clean smart house on the outskirts of Durham."

The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de sac. It is comfortable and practical. The rooms are large. There is a large dining table and plenty of comfortable seating.

The door between the hall and the kitchen/dining room was missing. The handle was not secure on the downstairs toilet. There were only two dishwasher tablets. The heating was set at a low temperature and had to be boosted regularly to be warm.

The house is lovely and spacious and has a great entertaining space. We were 5 ladies enjoying a weekend in Durham and the house provided everything we needed.

Good communication with the host through text. Very friendly and accommodating, even with a mistake I had made on the booking. Highly recommended hosts and accomodation

We were sent a list of house rules, and at the property, there were indications of fines for breaking them. We rent property frequently and have never experienced this before. Would have preferred to see all rules and potential fines at booking. It's not a lot to worry about, if you are a respectful holiday maker: Fines for vomit on carpets, use of illegal drugs etc but I was really anxious about organising the recycling property incase I got a fine, and in a larger household, this is harder to control .
