"A lovely home in a great location"

Immaculate home, great facilities. Location close to city centre but quiet. Plenty of space and well equipped. Coffee machine with a range of pods was a bonus. Beds were comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and bathrooms were excellent. Recommendation to eat at Zen in the information booklet was absolutely spot on! A real home from home.

Nothing at all to be totally honest. Really lovely.

Stunning luxury house in a great location and easy to find x stunning fixtures and so many extras in the house. Loved the lounge with beautiful lit coves and large TV.

"Weekend away for 40 year get together"

The house was very big and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfy, and multiple toilets, including 1 ensuite, made it very convenient for multiple occupants. The kitchen was the best place to congregate, sociable area with bar stools/chairs and a sofa.

There was nothing we didnt like!

"Perfect location near to Durham & very very clean."

Everything was spotless with all amenities. We were attending a family funeral & the property was perfect location. Even though the owner was in Dubai we had very prompt communication with him. Would definitely use again & highly recommend the property.

"A lovely relaxing place to stay in Durham"

The home was very cosy and relaxing.

We didn't like the bin piles up outside when we went to empty them. It looked like the bins hadn't been collected for a long time. Also, they need to say that the key lock is hidden behind the meter reading boxes.

"Totally enjoyed, great location loved Durham"

The house was lovely, well decorated and clean. The location was good, lots of shopping areas close by. The walk to the centre was only 35-40 mins 5 mins driving which was good. Would recommend

The bathroom was locked on arrival it took us a while to realise we had to undo it with a coin. Booking.com said check in was from 14.00 but owners said 15.00 which is confusing and needs rectifying on booking.com

# How clean, modern and spacious it was. # Had all amenities that you would need and want. # Easy access to shops and City center. # Reached out on arrival to check how we was getting on. # FELT LIKE HOME FROM HOME 😀

There wasn't nothing i could complain about. What a BEAUTIFUL home this is.
