The Farmhouse Inn & Kitchen, 2 blocks from Downtown Whitefish, Montana

The room was decorated beautifully. It was clean, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The owner allowed us to check in early, very kind, as it was raining. The downstairs dining and sitting ares were also lovely and comfortable. The availability of yogurt, granola etc was nice, but didn’t really qualify as breakfast.

The room was a challenge because there was no closet, and only four hooks by the door to hang things. There were no towel bars in the bathroom so we had no place to hang wet towels. We used the sofa for our suitcases, so we had no place to sit. There was no breakfast and no coffee, even though online info said there would be. Beautiful machines but no one to operate them. We had a dirty coffee maker in our room, taking up valuable space in the bathroom.

I was expecting a restaurant with food, not an empty kitchen. The coffee was excellent but there was nothing to go with it, no rolls or bread. I was expecting a room with 2 beds or a hide a bed. Two of us had to sleep in one bed….not very comfortable. The place was very clean, the owner did let us use the professional kitchen but we lacked time to make adequate food. The house cleaner was extremely helpful.

I think the lodging should be listed as an air b&b or just rooms, the description was really wrong.

It was cozy and well decorated. Nice location.

Room was beautiful so was bathroom, clean, lovely comfortable linens, comfortable bed Block from downtown and convenient to train station. Really love propert and beautifully managed, we have already booked another stay.

It was perfect.

Clean and well furnished. Its closeness to the Amtrak station was a huge win for us. Also Whitefish is very tourist friendly. I'd probably stay here again.

Unfortunately the Inn portion was closed, but there were fixings for coffee and oatmeal. Would have liked to have been able to actually experience the inn.
