nothing much..the charges based on the hotel facilities were higher.

cleaning was not proper, there was no toiletries provided. Even after giving feed back it was not refilled. Charges on service were levied extra.

Property was clean, located at a good location, food and staff was good.

Breakfast options were very repetitive and sometimes the taste was not so good.

the front desk staff can barely speak in English. Not cordial. Their supervisor is never available. inside the room the bathroom is filthy. I have taken several photos. The bathroom mirror is placed at a wired place (not under the ceiling light); you see half of your face in the light. If you want to shave, Good Luck!! As for Dinner, you get only pasta as an available Western food, prepared without mushroom, bell peppers, garlic, and most of all grated cheese!! other than that, you don’t get any Western Food for Dinner. Breakfast is just okay; again, 90% of food items are INDIAN. Another horrific thing they did - they charged me 12% Service Charge + 18% GST on that. It came to about ₹ 1,900. They did that without letting me about it when my wife and I checked in. THAT’S A BIG NO….they cannot do it without letting the hotel guests know. I declined to pay that Additional Amount!
