breakfast was included when I booked, upon arrival they charged me and it's not worth it - location is good but -- service charge is optional but they forced me to pay and after checkout and payment and when I was getting in cab, the receptionist ran to me and in front of my other workers asked that I am leaving without paying. Quite embrassing. When I went inside the manager said you didn't pay. I requested to check their account and the money was there. I told them why dont you check before calling guest when they out in car. very disappointing

Behaviour of Manager, he helped to take the payment, but without checking he demand me to return in to the hotel and then he checked whether the funds are in and confirmed. It was bit embrassing in front of my British guest who I took all the way to show India. They got worried and panicked the way I was called in....

Location Next to the best party place hub of Gurgaon. Plenty choice to eat outside. Ample parking. Very lively outside - just like Walking Street of Thailand

Over-priced - Slow Service and very lethargic and lax staff. They need better staff in their one and only restaurant. This kind of staff creates a bad impression about the property
