Great location. Lots of extras included - beach umbrella and blanket etc

The bed sheets were awful (fabric). Very poorly insulated against sounds, both from the street and within the apartment block.

I liked that the apartment is right at the heart of good tapas bars, seafront cafe/bar & I felt really safe , comfy. All the facilities that you'd need to cook, make hot drinks & wash clothes.

Not didn't like, but due to being in the heart of things there was noise. Honestly I didn't mind as I could just go downstairs & have tapas, drinks, stroll along the promenade. Great location for wanting to get out & about & explore the area :)

Very nice studio in Estepona, right in the centre and just near the beach. Nicely furnished, has everything you need. Great shower. There is a coffee machine that takes various types of pods (Nescafé and some other sorts). As I stayed a few days I bought a small pack of capsules.

You can't get much closer to the center of old town and the playa. The host that greeted me to provide keys was very friendly and made sure to point out everything I needed to know about the unit.

We were very close to the beach, we could see the sea from our window. This was the reason why we chose this apartament.

The apartment is actually in the middle of an intersection, there are bars and restaurants all around and we had trouble sleeping due to all the noise on the street, the fact that the windows are not double glazed and that there is no air conditioner. It was too hot in the apartment, they have an electric machine that is supposed to cool the air...but it does nothing but add to the noise. We like Estepona, but they should invest in an air conditionar or ventilator, and better windows to soundproof the apartment considering that you feel like you are literally living on the street. Everything can be heard.

The apartment was great, everything as expected, tidy and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space, most kitchen utensils you'll need to cook are there, and very cool extras like a grill and a beach parasol! The location is also great at the heart of the town.

The check-in wasn't smooth, even though we had set the arrival time. We had to call the owner who didn't respond right away, delaying our check-in by 30min. However, the lady he sent for us eventually with the keys was super helpful and welcoming. There should be better communication ahead of the arrival and a quick response within the check-in times. Also regarding the town, Estepona has poor transport options from the bus station which we didn't know beforehand. City buses are rare and unreliable, while taxi service through the common online platforms (Uber, Cabify) is difficult to get.

Collection the keys was not good at all. We aranged a 4pm collection time and were told to contact them if any delay on our part. 4pm came and went and at 4.30pm we tried to contact them and were cut off. A few minutes later they called back and said the apartment was still being cleaned and would be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed and no sign of keys. We enlisted the help of a lovely Spanish lady who spoke to the owners, They initially wanted another hour to clean but by this time we were totally fed up and the Spanish lady managed to convey this and get us in quickly. Not good as we were left hanging about outside for over an hour in the heat with our luggage after a long days travel with no idea what was going on. Overall a nice apartment very centrally placed. The toaster and drying rack were missing (as noted in earlier reviews). Be aware that the area can be quite noisy with cafes etc at night and bin collections very early in the morning. Also note there is no parking nearby (except underground pay parking) so if you want free parking you can be faced with quite a walk - if you can find a space!

The apartment was super clean, it's perfect place if you want to spend a few days at the beach or explore beautiful Estepona <3 Also the view from the window was amazing!

The host don't speak english at all, also for light sleepers it can be a bit noisy, because the apartment is located in the city center.

The location was ideal - near to the beach bars shops and restaurants. Estepona is a beautiful resort.

Some roadworks taking place outside that caused noise but I think this is a temporary problem.

The stay was great! Very nice apartment, just 100m away from the sea.. there's nothing like watching the ocean after waking up! The place has all the appliances, the shower gets hot in one sec, and the bed is amazingly comfy.. a dreaming spot! Angela was so kind, making me feel like home. Don't miss it out, it's worth it!
