It was in an excellent location with only steps to the beach and restaurants. Downside is that it can be a little noisy.

The layout of the studio is a little awkward and the furniture is quite mixed. Watching the small tv from the couch is a challenge and the small bed is both uncomfortable and sandwiched between two walls making it very awkward getting in and out.

Nice location in Estepona, close to Rada Beach and the old part of Town.

Location is excellent, very nice host.

During the next month the apartment will be part of a reconstruction site with a lot of dirt and noise starting at 06.00 in the morning. This situation isn't mentioned in the description for this apartment. We left the apartment after one day. But the privat landlord does not see any reasons to make changes for the treaty.

Due to the fact we could be the first people staying in the apartment after a long time, in the entrance area (patio) for this and also two other apartments it smells not very well. Perhaps this problem will be solved when the drain pipes will be used more frequently. The kitchen is equipped with all tools you need for cooking. The furnishing of the apartment looks old and worn. The bath/toilet is very very tiny. You also have the feeling the bed is part of the kitchen.

Nice & clean, but sadly, nowhere to dry any washing we did.. Also, no bread toaster there . 👎☹️

very good location right next to the attractive, old town part of Estepona and just 100 metres from the beach, which we could see from our room. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Being able to cook in the apartment made our holiday more affordable.

Not a criticism of the apartment, but, as of november 2023, there was daytime road construction right in front of the apartment building. It didn't bother us much because we spent most of our days out of the apartment.
