The room was nice and big and pretty new. We had an amazing view of the ocean directly out of our beds (we had the deluxe bedroom). From the pool you also have a nice view to Mount Agung. The breakfast was good (we had pancakes). We could rent a motorbike from the reception.

The tap is horrible - as my boyfriend expressed it has only two modes: off and waterfall. It’s a push tap and its extremely strong so everything gets super wet.. Also the whole bathroom floor gets wet when showering. The pool seemed to be a little dirty. The road to the hotel is quite bumpy but doable.

It is close to restaurants and the staff is very friendly, the rooms are large

The bathroom and rooms need a little more cleaning, some sheets were stained

Staff was always helpful and answered all my queries patiently.

Resort ran out of water on my 2nd day of stay. There was no water for more than 12 hours and it was extremely difficult to manage without a single drop of water. I was hoping, they would arrange water from somewhere but I guess as Nusa Penida is not as developed as Bali, it muat have been difficult.

The staff is soooooooo nice! They arranged everything: Snorkeling, scooter rent, ferry ticket

The view is amazing, it’s quiet and peaceful but still so close to everything you need for a really good price. We loved our stay and would come back. We also arrived with no tours booked and they took care of our bookings and also arranged for scooter hire which was delivered to the hotel.

They are trying to get back on their feed after covid so we wish them all the best in the future. The hotel is on a steep hill so maybe take a taxi up first and make your own judgment if you can ride a scooter for yourself.

Location, no option for restaurant

Amazing view on the mount Agung, big well decorated confortable room, my stay has been very nice thanks to the staff, particularly Putu Saraswati who was really kind and helpful. Affordable breakfast for 50k à la carte with enough choice which is good as the hotel is outside the city.

There was a defect on the floor of the bathroom so that the water couldn't go away. Because of this there was mold and it smelled after it. The hotel is 10min by walk from Sampalan so it would have been nice to have the possibility to have lunch and dinner here. Fortunatly the next hotel offers lunch (limited menu) and dinner. First restaurant 8 minutes by walk down the hill. No free water (only 2 small bottles on day one) which is surprising in Indonesia. I think the hotel is quite new and the staff has some miscommunication as I was said 2 different prices for the snorkelling by 2 different staffs members and my room wouldn't have been cleaned the first 2 days of my stay (because there was no double of my room key) if I hadn't mentioned it.
