The place is new but very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The doors are bit weak. And the location is bit bumpy ride to top of the hill

The flat stinks on days when the drains vent into the flat. The bathroom floor stays wet permanently because the shower floor is not separate from the bathroom. The bath drains onto the bathroom floor near the drain which floods the floor before draining. The floor does not slope towards the drain so the water goes everywhere & the floor never fully dries because there is no ventilation in the flat. This means that going to the toilet is nearly impossible without standing in water. Really unhygienic. No windows & no fan. The only way to get fresh air is by leaving the doors open.

Description and ratings for this hotel seem deceptive & wrong. - Location is poor - the hotel is 5.6kms (not 500mts) from Sun Sun beach (verified on Google maps). I arrived on fast boat from Gili T into the Penida Ferry Port, which is 8.4 kms about 25 minutes' drive. I selected this property based on claims it was in an excellent location as I didn’t have a scooter but it's about a 20-minute walk on a very gravelly steep hill that is pitch black at night. For inexperienced scooter rider this road is treacherous and would be difficult to climb! The manager offered to take me to a restaurant but wanted to charge me 50k rup - I said I would walk so he took me free of charge, but now I realise because it's such a difficult walk. - Hotel only takes cash, which I was unprepared for - luckily my driver helped me. They say their machine is broken but I don’t think this has ever been an option. - AC was not turned on - I had to ask the staff to connect the power. - Bathroom badly designed and configured, with a terrible sewerage smell and was leaking water all over the floor. I ended up slipping several times going to the toilet as the floor was slimy and stunk. - Room not clean, with filthy floors and walls - Ant and flea infestation- I literally could not sleep because I had bugs crawling all over me when I went to bed. I had to call the night guard to sweep and mop the floors, while I applied citronella oil and insect repellent to all the bedding, timber bed frame and surrounding floor surfaces. - Hotel construction is very poor - no balustrades around the stairs making it dangerous for children. Plumbing and electrical not working. Doors to room difficult to close and lock properly. Broken mirror. Thin walls so all outside sounds could be heard. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. I moved to the MG Villa & Spa which was 1000 times better!

I recently stayed at a hotel with a stunning ocean view, and it was an unforgettable experience. The view from the balcony was spectacular, with the horizon stretching endlessly and postcard-perfect sunsets every evening. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist us with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with breathtaking views and excellent service.

The place is really magical. It has an awesome view. In the morning you see the sunrise. Relaxing in the pool. The breakfast is delicious. We definitely recommend this place!
