The proximity to the attractions in Belem was good. The host is very nice.

The apartment is outdated and small. Should not be advertised for 4 to 6 people. The bathroom shower is not functional. Water spills onto the floor. Bathroom very small, no bathroom waste basket. Noisy all night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.

The clothes washer was a little difficult to figure out. Small bathroom . No screens on windows so flies got in. No AC

Maria & Elder were exceptionally helpful, warm and welcoming. The apartment was in a quiet & safe neighborhood and was clean and comfortable. Maria sent lots of helpful tips and suggestions and was available for questions in WhatsApp. Maria suggested and we tried Moriea Frita and loved it. Also the pastelaria near the house was so good for breakfast, we went both mornings and really enjoyed it. The tram can take a little time to get to the center but it stops in front of the apartment and is so convenient . We would love to come back and would stay here again. Thank you!

"Great stay, amazing location, very very friendly host - highly recommended!!"

Location was the best feature, it is an excellent starting point of any city excursion. Tram is literally in front of the door, but for just as much you can take Bolt car service. Belem Tower within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket and launderette (to dry your clothes, washing machine is available on premises) are all 1-2 min away.

If you are limited in your mobility - there is no elevator, and you must walk up to the 2nd floor up the stairs.

"Lovely apartment run by a lovely couple."

The property was close to essentials like a laundromat and grocery store and the mangers were so friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations about the area. And only a short walk to the all the best of Belem with public transport stops right outside the building too.

The shower makes a lot of water splash which requires a bit of cleanup otherwise the place was great.
