"Nice hotel with comfy beds but could have a better guest experience"

Nice first time at a Tru hotel.

The loud annoying music in the lobby when I checked in. Was hard to hear the man behind the counter because of the music. Prefer relaxing calming music. The self pancake machine wasn’t working. No one wiped the breakfast tables between patrons. Trash needed to be emptied at breakfast area. Bath towels were rough and thin. Could invest in better quality bath towels.

That's it's family friendly Is super colorful. So you get a very cheerful vibe when you first come in . First impressions are everything ! v Love the entertainment in the lobby (pool table).²

The heat was broken in are room. When I called down the fact they didn't offer for someone to come up right them or even move us was diabolical. It was extremely hot cldnt turn the air on.
