"Overall great, but the room not being clean was a distraction."

Overall we had a great stay - and I hated to give some of the bad reviews that I did. Honestly I wish there were other options for me to select from. It was a nice hotel in a great location. A totally unrelated question - I see the Booking Account is still listed under my late wife Penny's name. Do I need to create a new account, or can we change the name on it?

Okay, as I said above, we really liked the hotel - and the room was beautiful -- BUT there was no excuse for some of the things we found in it. There was food left from a previous guest in the frig, false eye lashes on the bathroom sink, and we also found food crumbs in a couple different places. Again, the room was wonderful, but apparently the cleaning person was on strike that day.

The location

Short staffed and didn't answer the phone at the front desk, no early check in, horrible late checkout process, not enough staff to bring fresh towels to the door.
