Rodeway Inn & Suites Humble IAH

This place satisfied my needs, however added some insult to my existing experience.

I was delayed in Houston overnight from midnight until 7 am. No hotel vouchers were offered by United because it was weather related. The location of the hotel was theoretically convenient, however the increased charges from Lyft were quite high for traveling 3 miles from the airport. My expectations were low but the condition of the room was lower. The smell of mildew was overwhelming, there was a rather large, used condom floating in the toilet, and the shower floor was still wet at 1 am. I went downstairs to the first desk and was given a different, cleaner room. I only saw one millipede under my comforter, so I removed the comforter and slept in the center of the bed. I was able to shower and return to the airport a few hours later. So far, I’m okay and don’t see any long term issues with my stay.

Great place to spend relax time all clean & confortable.

They had snacks, ice, microwave, a mini fridge, cable, free Wi-Fi, and connections. 🤗 the only thing I didn’t like was the location was hard to find on maps for companies like door dash and Walmart.
