Rodeway Inn & Suites Humble IAH

Location was alright but the pool had no water and the place look like it is not really nice, it looks run down. Oh yea, and it doesn't have breakfast.

The outside look run down, and the pool wasn't available

Terrible. If I could rate it a zero, I would. There are no towels in the room. It said they served breakfast, they lied. Never again.

Reasonable pricing. Clean. Satisfactory. Close to the airport.

Within minutes of arriving at property I wanted to cancel my reservation. After a lengthy discussion with the gentleman at the desk I would not be allowed to cancel. He advised just stay and in the morning a manager will be on duty to refund my second nights stay. I could only stomach three hours in the room before the overwhelming smell of smoke sent me into a coughing fit. That coupled with noticing blood stains on the lampshade and roaches I had had it. Now at approximately four am between violent coughs I demanded my money back. Which again was refused. At best the would offer to refund the room price for one night. This may actually be the worst experience at a property I have had in my entire life. I was unaware booking allowed such institutions on their platform. Clearly there is no do diligence. I am not sure I will ever use booking again and I pray I never come across a Roadway Inn property.

I did not the property at all. I did not stay. I asked be to refunded and the manager refused too.

It appeared to not be safe. It did not look clean either

The ac not cooling, remote not working the restroom door wouldn’t close no trash can inside next to toilet just didn’t want to make it a big deal
