One&Lux San Luis Feel at Home in a Renovated Apartment

Wonderful location, well designed and very clean appartment, roof terrace was lovely. Overall, excellent.

Steps to appartment may be steep for some, eg elderly.. but not a problem as such. Suggest a tray also would be handy.

Person who replies on booking.com is very rude! Too far from all the major sight seeing attractions Ants in the bathroom, had to spray them dead myself with cockroach spray Dirty bedding Dirty towels Arrived and broken toilet seat, only fixed when we reported it Upstairs loud can hear every step Booked 3 bed didn't give us access to 3rd bedroom off terrace until we asked No toiletries as advertised, we had to ask for them which was annoying

The flat was clean and comfortable, everything looked new. There're blinds on the windows, the bed was comfortable. There was a problem with the wi fi when i arrived but the manager found a solution.

The huge minus for me was that It was very cold in the flat, the AC didn't really help. The street was quite noisy. There was a washing machine mentioned in the description, but it turned out that it was located not in the flat but on the roof terrace. The flat is on the second (third) floor, so there're many stairs and no elevator, it was not a problem for me but i think it is worth mentioning, someone was there when i arrived to offer help with the bags, but it might not be the case when you are leaving, so i can see that it could be a problem for someone.

The property was in a good location where you could walk the old city narrow street. It was very clean and had all needed amenities for a good vacation. Our host was answering all of our questions about attractions and places to eat.
