One&Lux San Luis Feel at Home in a Renovated Apartment

Localização bem próxima aos pontos de interesse, bem confortável, cada quarto com seu próprio banheiro é muito bom. A cozinha é bem equipada e há cortesias. Ter ferro e Tábua de passar ajudam muito. A máquina de roupa é uma mais valia pra quem viaja com criancas e pouca bagagem. Havia um berço preparado pra meu filho e isso foi muito gentil.

A mesa de jantar estava com uma parte quebrada. Um dos quartos não tem ar condicionado e o outro que tem, não funcionava, tivemos que ligar o da sala e deixar os quartos abertos para refrescar. Nao ha muita barreira de luz para os que tem crianca e querem reduzir a exposição a luz pela manhã. O terraço estava um pouco abandonado, mas tambem nao o usamos.

I went originally for location, renovated rooms as pictures, but left disappointed.

We had a really disappointing stay. The listing didn’t mention that the apartment was basically on the second floor with no lift. I’m pregnant and was travelling with my mom who’s over 65, so dragging our heavy luggage up all those stairs was really tough. The air conditioning leaked water all night, and we had to find a bucket outside to catch it. We ended up emptying it four times during night just to keep the floor from flooding — definitely not what you want when you're trying to sleep. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work at all, even though it was advertised. I needed it for work, so that was a big issue. Because of everything, we checked out early, only stayed 1 night instead of 4 nights. We have an active complaint with booking seeking compensation for the nights we did not stay. Honestly, I don’t think the place should be listed the way it is until these problems are fixed. No attention was given by the property owner to us regarding the above.

More utensils would be better in kitchen. Water would be good to have. We checked in and had to go buy as no water.

Great location and facilities were fine and easy to locate. Most attractions were walking distance. I'd go back next time in Seville

Superb appartement with three ensuite bedrooms, one of which is independent on the same ground floor. Great value for money, very clean & tidy, everything you need for a short or long stay. Great location, yes you have to walk 30 mins. to the city centre but the price reflects that. Great amenities on your doorstop, 2 x cafe/restaurants, 2 x mini supermarkets, chemist, bread & cake shop & more. Would thoroughly recommend to give it a try, we would be definitely staying again, muchas gracias

Basin plug missing from the bathroom, didn't stop us using it, but maybe you could rectify for the next guests
