La pulizia discutibile, i letti rifatti senza cambiare le lenzuola, ci siamo accorti perché erano macchiati con presenza di capelli come anche la camera non era tenuta bene. Ho chiamato subito il proprietario che mi ha risposto che avrebbe mandato una persona a risolvere il problema inoltre il check in era alle 15:00 noi siamo arrivati alle 17:00 circa,quindi avevano tutto il tempo di rifare le camere . Dopo circa 1 ora non si è presentato nessuno quindi abbiamo deciso di chiamare l'assistenza booking che prontamente mi hanno risposto e aperto una segnalazione ho inviato le foto all'operatore che subito a chiamato la struttura che stranamente dopo nemmeno 10 minuti sono venuti a cambiare le lenzuola e rifare il letto. Hanno chiesto scusa dell'accaduto comunque abbiamo perso circa 2 ore tra tutto . Non è stata un esperienza positiva!

Wonderful location, right in the middle of the city. Many things to see/do within walking distance. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. There was water, coffee and tea provided - which was nice. Check in was automated, but smooth. I had zero issues. Air conditioning and hot water was functioning. Bed was very comfortable. There was a TV - but I never used it. Plus I got the room with a window to the courtyard, which was nice. There was a slight discrepancy about the check out time. The response from the property was prompt and the issue was resolved immediately. The property was running a discount during the days I stayed. The price was amazing with the property discount + booking.com discount.

The room that I got had a door connecting to another hallway (the door was locked of course), but there were some construction and it was a little noisy during the afternoon. This was not an issue for me since I was away for most of the day. Also the walls were thin and not really soundproof, but the other tenants were mostly quiet and respectful - also wasn't an issue for me. The room was clean, but the grout lines in the shower (near the floor) could be cleaned a little better.
