Everything was good, there was nothing to dislike as a person traveling solo, it had everything you need.

Nothing.

Location was excellent, in the heart of the old town. Unlike some guests I was not bothered by noise. Then again, I always use earplugs anyway, Weather in Bologna was alarmingly hot (35 C) during my stay, but the AC in the room worked just brilliantly. Room was also clean. A small fridge was also very handy.

Breakfast was actually an opportunity to make coffee for myself plus a couple of sweet pastries. So not really a *served* breakfast. I was not actually sure when the room was going get cleaned - it got cleaned at least once. This may have been a communication issue since I did not receive a message about this. In my opinion a bigger soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower cabin would be better than these tiny single dose shampoo bottles ;) I would also have preferred slightly firmer pillows, but thats's just a personal thing. Many people like them soft and fluffy.

The location is ok.

The property it's not so clean. The sheets are such a bad material and the walls are dirty. The space calls for claustrophobia.

Great location near shops, restaurants and attractions. Outside facing window to garden. Fridge was handy. All facilities were relatively new.

The 4 relatively small units are all close together so late noise from TVs, talking, bathrooms etc. A sign suggesting quiet time from 11pm might help.

The apartment was in a great location, clean and super easy to access. It was great to see environmentally conscious toiletteries. It had everything I needed and I would definitely stay again. The communication before I arrived was great, and made check in very smooth with flexibility to get in whenever I wanted.

It is compact, but I spent so little time in it, that was fine. It did everything I needed and was close to everything, so I was very happy with the apartment.

we heard a lot of noise!!! there was a connecting door to the owner and we could look through the key whole and see them standing in their living room / hallway and talking very loudly. we could not sleep. very small room. we complained but got no other option or refund… just silence
