Location, security access, responsiveness of the host when an issue or a question arises, basic functionality of the space.

This lodging met all my requirements as a solo traveler exploring the city center on foot.

Even though the place was rather small, it included cute useful toiletries, snacks, a proper double bed, code entry, mini fridge, tea/coffee machine. It was elegant, classy. And location was 11/10****

Super cold floors with no slippers available. No towel hangers, no shower stand for shower gel/shampoo, very small room, no adjustable heating. The missing shelves in bathroom meant there was truly nowhere to put your stuff - I can't possibly imagine being 2 ppl there (and definitely not 2 women). It was quite annoying because how hard is it to install a shelf and a shampoo/shower gel Stand in the shower 😩 Also, there's no option for luggage storage and the nearest offers this for 15€ for 5 hours. (Edit: apparently if you store it with the clerk and not in the lockers, it's cheaper).

Excellent location, just minutes from the historic center. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. There was also an espresso machine and the pods were refilled daily.

The room and the bathroom were both compact and would have benefited from some shelves or hooks in the bathroom.
