The room was very nice and clean. Everything looks new. The location very convenient.

You could hear the neighbours when they discuss (until 2 am in my case), and the noise of anything happening in the streets could also be heard. Of course, if the neighbours and people in the streets would not be that noisy, that would not be a problem. When I was there (mid-september), that was only in between 2 am and 5 am.

Overall, the apartment was nice and clean.

There were no shelves in the bathroom, you cannot open the window and the mattress was not that comfortable.

Location and facilitires were great. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Great value for money

They took a lot of time to give me an invoice. Staff seemed not to be fluent in English.

The location is fairly good.

First of all, air-conditioning does not work! Imagine in a hot summer without AC, one can not sleep in the room. Secondly, there is no information from the property to inform me beforehand about the malfunction of AC. I asked for refund from the property and no proper response received. I feel really disappointed.

It was close to the city center

It was the first time i had such a bad experience and maybe the first time i am leaving a bad review. The location has self check in which means a code to the main entrance which is directly from the street. Then you enter a small hallway with 4 rooms each with a code. The code is evident for all rooms since our code consisted of our room number repeated for a number of times. We went on into our room, which had quite a humid atmosphere, the sheets seemed clean but they had a weird smell and the towels had a yellowish tint; otherwise everything was clean. We left the room and when we came back we found some bags on the floor, bags that did not belong to us. The location manager simply told us to change the room and go in the one next to us, without explanation (afterwards we found out the bags belonged to one of the guests (we found out directly from them because they were trying to reenter in that room) because they were probably given the same room and when they moved to the right room they forgot them there). In the second room we had a door that had a key in the lock but on the other side. I asked about that and was told it s an extension of the room but is closed, the i saw the light going on behind the door and asked again and was told it s the owner and not to worry. And so i could hear him call for someone, then in the morning doing some noises as if he was drilling, literally behind the door. Overall it gave me an awful feeling of anxiety.

Close to the city center, easy access with a code, coffee maker with coffee in the room, everything clean and new.

Almost no window, and the room has doors leading to the street (not the main entrance), through which street noise comes in. I would consider changing the codes, as they are too simple, and I believe that with our code, I could guess the codes to the next rooms. Additionally, the room cannot be locked from the inside
