Location was great, room was spotless, modern appliances, toilet paper was good quality! Excellent value.

Room was slightly over furnished for the space, the security system could be improved.

Nice room and location

I could not get the airconditioning to work and it was very hot. So I went to a hotel nearby.

Aircon was not working

I had appreciated the coffee and the snacks that were included.

It was a little noisy from the other guests.

Manuela is a great host. She respond quickly. The apartment is cleaned daily. There is a coffee machine, hot water machine and a small refrigerator. The coffee capsules, sugar, tea, small toast, muffins and bottled water are replaced daily. The towels and sheets are also replaced. The location is very good. There are good neighborhood restaurants and supermarkets. The Vicolo ( alley) can be quiet and noisy depending on the time. But generally quiet.

It is a good place for short stays.

Insecure door codes. Makes the appearance of a Hotel but is only rooms that have door codes and nobody is there.
