Penthouse - Old Town

Emplacement idéal, magnifique vue du balcon.

Super dejlig lejlighed med fire soveværelser. Køkkenet mangler knive til at skære bl.a. brød, og vandglas. Kaffebrygning (kaffemaskine) vil være en stor fordel. Der er kun en stempelkande og elkedel. Hvis der sker en opgradering, vil jeg give flere stjerner.

Manglende køkkenredskaber og opvasketabs.

Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt - auch die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. ☺️

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The address listed on Booking.com was inaccurate, making it difficult to find the apartment, which the owner did not disclose until check-in. The apartment is on the top floor, requiring climbing about 92 stairs with no elevator — something completely omitted from the listing — which was very challenging with luggages and children. The air conditioning, which we confirmed in advance would be working, was completely nonfunctional. The penthouse is directly exposed to the sun, making the rooms unbearably hot, and some AC units even started leaking water. Despite requesting at least table fans to mitigate the heat, the owner refused. When maintenance came the next day, they did nothing to fix the issue and instead lectured us on how the AC should work. The owner then attempted to shift attention away from the unresolved problem rather than taking responsibility. For comparison, another property nearby, in a similar location, was exactly as advertised. A family staying there had a ground-floor apartment, the AC worked moderately well, and table fans were provided, which made their stay comfortable and pleasant. This stay ruined our plans and caused sleepless nights. I have booked accommodations in multiple countries over many years with Booking.com and have never encountered such a lack of honesty or consideration from a host. Future guests should be extremely cautious.
