Penthouse - Old Town

La situation géographique est très bien mais les hôtes jouent sur ce point au détriment du reste. Les salles de bain sont très bien.

Il y a très peu de rangement dans les chambres, donc il faut vivre des valises. Soit la climatisation ne marchait pas soit il est trop compliqué pour commander et il n'y a pas d'explications. Il n'y avait pas assez de verres dans la cuisine.

Die Lage in Gamla Stan war großartig. Besonders der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über Stockholms Dächer auf den Mälarsee. 4 Schlafzimmer waren genau richtig für uns. Renovierung des alten Appartements war beeindruckend gut geplant und gemacht. Auf schriftliche Nachfrage über Booking schnelle Reaktion (wie zusätzliche Gläser, Kleiderbügel, nicht funktionierender Staubsauger). Allerdings wäre gut, wenn man nicht fragen müsste. Zugangscode wird erst am Anreisetag bekannt gegeben.

Einiges an der Ausstattung: Zu wenige Gläser, Teller für 7 Personen. Ablagen sehr dürftig (nur Haken bzw Kleiderstange ohne Bügel) in den Schlafzimmer, kaum in den Bädern. Aufs Bett tropfende Klimaanlage im 2. Schlafzimmer. Wurde dann zeitnah repariert, Fehlende Ordnung in der Besenkammer, im Eckschrank der Küche und rechts neben der Spülmaschine nicht gut. Das ist schade für die tolle Wohnung.

Top Lage, wunderbare Aussicht über die Dächer von Gamle Stan. Grosszügige, geräumige und sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der Stockholmer Altstadt.

Natürlich fehlt der Lift für in den 5. Stock. Aber bei dieser Lage und Aussicht ist dies völlig ok. Wenig Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung.

Location is great. That is not a good enough reason to stay here. The manager is terrible and difficult to communicate.

1. We asked the property manager to speak on the phone, but despite repeated requests he refused. He would only communicate through messages. So he couldn't help with the AC machines, where to park etc. It was extremely frustrating. I volunteered to phone him if he was concerned about the cost. By this stage he stopped responding. 2. The AC does not work in some rooms 3. Cockroaches! And floors not clean. 4. AC condensation drips to the floor. This may have a simple solution but the managers don't speak! 5. The apartment is 94 steps up from street level. No one told us about this. 6. The apartment is too expensive for what you get.

Location & space. Great views from the balcony.

Not very well equipped. Lacking glasses.

The location was perfect, the staff was super kind, and the property was clean.

At times it was difficult to get cold water from the taps and we had to let the water run a little and one of the bedroom blinds/curtains was broken so we couldn’t close it due to a missing hook/screw on the wall.
