By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, nonarrival and damages as setout within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Location was excellent, ideal spot for sightseeing around the gower peninsula. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant bedrooms.

These comments probably reflect usnl staying there at the end of season. Carpets and dining room chairs marked, loo roll holder off wall, crack in the upstairs bathroom sink and there was a babies dummy behind the lounge door.

Great location with dogwalking possibilities close by. Need car to get to a shop.

Needs a little attention, small repairs, starting to look a little run down.

It might just have been due to the bad weather but it was really noisy at night with the wind and rain, much noisier than when we have bad weather at home curiously!

Didn't use parking provided as too small / tight but parked on the street instead.
