By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect home near mumbles"

Fab location , fully equipped .spotless .very good communication with owners for a few little things. All sorted .very comfy beds and lovely coffee, maker which has prompted me to get one !!! Walked round to langland Saturday, perfect location for the mumbles.

One small thing we found is when we got back from our long days out , is the living room seating isn't adequate and not comfy. We were a family of 5 plus one baby and we had to sit on the floor or at the table but we would have appreciated a bit floppy sofa. Thats my only criticism of the whole house!!

The description was honest. The house is well stocked, so we were able to cook with ease. It was comfortable for 5 people. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The location is great. We could walk to town and to the coast. The welcome packet is thorough.

"A lovely family house and great location."

Spacious and well equipped. Comfortable beds with nice bed linen and lots of fluffy towels. Great communication from hosts. Great location a few minutes from the coastal path and close to some lovely beaches.

Garden furniture looks a bit tired and decking would benefit from a power wash.

The property was very modern and very clean and smelled amazingly. It had everything to offer anyone staying at this property, the kitchen was well equipped

A few negatives I’m afraid, but didn’t spoil our stay. The main bathroom had a big crack in the middle of the sink which leaked into draw below (somebody has tried to seal with mastic) the waste trapped is blocked with shaving deposits. The sink needs replacing as it will harbour bacteria in the crack. The seal on the bottom of the shower screen is damaged and needs replacing to stop water leaking onto the floor. Finally the en-suite shower there ie a small hole on the wall and the mastic seal on the shower tray is coming away, there appears to be signs of damp in the cupboard behind the en-suite shower.
