Field Residence SMDC 1BR w/ Netflix

For a couple like us, its just alright. we are only after the, tidyness, cleanliness(toilet and bed linens), comfort wise, aircon is quiet and cold, perfect for resting. overall, well recommended, if youre looking for a place to stay, Owner is so accomodating, and veryconcern ,to address some hassles.

Checking in is a bit annoying and stressful because, you dont have number to call to, when the Lobby Guards, asking for some requirements beforechecking in, when you only have Confirmation booking from BOOKING.COM, and from Property Manager, and showing them all the Emails. but the owner step in to iron out things, so overall, i will not complain,the GUARDS IS JUST ENSURING AND PROTECTING THE PROPERTY. so 5 Stars for Thewhole experience

Its clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The owner and the staffs were easy to communicate with.

Emerson is a superb landlord. Even though we presented him with a difficult situation before we even checked in, he worked with us and fixed everything. I highly recommend this condo.

My wife thought it could have been cleaner, but I thought it was fine. She is the head of housekeeping at a 5 star resort and has a very different standard than me.

The room is very cozy and comfortable, the mall is just outside so very convenient for shopping.

If the property can provide better laundry service would be better
