Field Residence SMDC 1BR w/ Netflix

Being relatively close to the shopping centre and bus/jeepney stations to get into other part of Metro Manila. Apartment was just enough suited to spend time there and rest.

No complaints from me.

Affordable and easy access to the mall, room was also clean and spacious. Host was very accommodating as well.

the room was good... clean and have all the things you need in the kitchen.

a lot! there's is a pay parking at the mall but you can't parked there overnight! when you parked overnight,you need to make a statement to their office(it will loose your patience about the parking there) lack of information about the properties. no free shuttle from the tower to main gate. you need to buy a stab to ride the shuttle. the guards are so strict from their whatsoever policies. there's a lot of "you can't do that,etc..etc.."

I liked everything. Apartment, surroundings, kind people and being relatively close to the airport

Very clean, nice, comfortable and close to amenities (SM shopping mall, for groceries, restaurants, movies), there’s also a shuttle that can take you to and from shopping with a small amount of fees which I wish I would have known from the start, also there’s a swimming pool but also need to be paid separately to the admin which I also missed understood but was not explained to properly by the host.

My siblings/family was not allowed and being questioned every time they pick me up or need to help me take groceries upstairs and my Dad who was suffering with foot problems and was limping, I understand that it’s for security and safety. I asked the host if they can come visit for lunch because I only had 5 days left and will be leaving again to go back to Canada 🇨🇦 spending as much time as I can with them was very important, even after the request my family is not even allowed to go up and help me with my two heavy suitcases, they were only allowed to go upstairs when my brother asked the security guards to go upstairs and help me instead 😕.
