An air conditioner would be a highly welcomed addition, especially given how hot it was during my stay. However, fans were available. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not work and was dirty. Dishwasher had an awful smell, and we avoided using it. Lounge fan was problematic, worked sometimes, other times it did not.

The place was clean, neat & tidy. We enjoyed time at the pool and the food from the clubhouse was good too.

I didnt like that when we got there the cleaning ladies was still busy. I felt like I was intruding.

Best location ever .secure.foid was delicious and affordable. We definitely coming back . Pools .game room.cinema.. The spa .neat gym also

Excellent apartment, well appointed and care taken to make it comfortable and welcoming. Excellent value for money in Ballito.

It's summer, so can't really complain about heat - but similar apartment in the estate had an Aircon. This unit had only ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Beautiful place and clean but there was just this awful smell I didn't understand that triggered sinuses, more like mold smell? I think it's a Balwin properties thing though

I'm happy with everything except the host, such a cold man. Not sure if it had to do with colour or not, couldn't even talk to him about anything as he didn't take my calls and only replied to msgs for gate access. Arrived earlier on Friday due to car rental complications, wanted to ask him to accommodate my bags while I go to the bank to get a replacement card and head back to the airport for car rental, he didn't reply so I went to the house anyway and luckily his cleaner was kind enough to understand and allow me. Tried calling him again to ask if we can extend the booking just until 6pm not overnight (basically few more hours on Sunday) as my flight was delayed to 8pm, he didn't answer my call but instead replied again with the gate pin while the call was still ringing . I booked another place for the day coz I was with the kids and left his premises an hour earlier. But I expected that treatment from the onset bcz the 1 time i spoke to him he rushed my call as though I'm irritating.

Property was beautiful and clean.

We have to buy a remote battery in order for us to watch TV and I tried calling Host he was nowhere to be found not even checking his whatapp since he has guests, I have to wait and wait for the codes in other for to go out.
