Harmony & Cute - central apartments

Appartamento molto carino e accogliente, pulito e comodo per raggiungere tutti i principali luoghi da visitare (sia a piedi che con i mezzi). Fornito all'interno di qualsiasi elettrodomestico, strumento necessario, anche in cucina. Essendo una zona abbastanza centrale è piena di posti in cui mangiare.

L'unica pecca è stata la doccia, che non aveva una delle due porte, quindi non era comodissimo lavarsi.

Il s'agit d'une grande chambre avec un bon lit, de quoi ranger ses affaires sans être limité, d'une table à manger et d'une TV à écran plat, face au lit. A part cela, l'on trouve une cuisine séparée et une salle de bain/WC séparée aussi. Bien que l'appartement donne sur une cours intérieure, j'ai trouvé le lieu étonnement calme compte tenu du nombre de locataire dans l'immeuble et j'y ai très bien dormi. J'ajouterais pour terminer que le propriétaire a été à l'écoute de mes besoins et qu'il y a répondu avec gentillesse, je l'en remercie encore une fois.

Un peu plus de matériel et ustensiles de cuisine aurait été les bienvenus. L'écoulement de l'eau de la douche est assez limité, mais c'est un ancien bâtiment et nous sommes informés de cette situation. Il suffit de ne pas mettre la puissance du jet à fond et cela va très bien.

Esta muy bien situado, cerca de estaciones de metro, tranvía y paradas de autobús. Ademas puedes acceder andando a muchos sitios desde el apartamento. Tiene muy buen sistema de calefacción, para nosotros que viajamos en invierno era muy importante.

Nos costó bastante abrir la caja con clave donde estaban las llaves… se ve que esta ya muy defectuosa. Perdimos mucho tiempo tanto para abrirla como para dejar luego las llaves. La ducha tenia una puerta rota y mucha agua caía al suelo. El trato es muy impersonal, no se pusieron en ningún momento en contacto con nosotros para saber si todo estaba yendo bien, si necesitábamos algo…

La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca del centro y paradas de metro/bus/tranvia e incluso Bus 100E q va al aeropuerto. A 200 m del Mercado Central y a 15 minutos andando del barrio Judio. Está el apartamento bien equipado, con fácil acceso y camada muy cómoda...

La mampara de la ducha está rota y falta un trozo de la puerta, lo cual no nos permitía ducharnos cómodamente por no llenarlo todo de agua, al abrir el grifo del lavabo del baño olía a desagüe y la calefacción no estaba encendida por la noche, ni por la mañana cuando dejábamos el apartamento para ir a hacer cosas, ni por la tarde cuando volvíamos...y no podíamos controlarlo nosotros, escribí a los dueños, pero no respondieron ni hicieron nada. No ha sido un.problema demasiado grande porque no ha hecho mucho frío, pero si así hubiese sido, no lo habríamos pasado bien.

교통편에서 아주좋았습니다 이동하기가 편하고 엘리베이터도 있어서 캐리어나 짐이많아도 문제없어요 방안도 따뜻하고 전자렌지 포트기 등등 다있었어요

There were no shower curtains and the beds were very worn out. Apart from that, the apartment was really good, the hosts were very quick to answer our queries and overall we had a very nice stay.

⭐️ Overall rating: 3.5–4 stars I stayed at this apartment for 4 nights in Budapest. The best thing about it is definitely the location — it’s right in the center, which made it very easy to get around and explore the city. For that, I’d give 5 stars. I also really liked the bed — it was large and comfortable — and the bathroom was nice too. However, the apartment itself is a bit old, and the cleanliness could be improved. When I arrived, there was some hair from previous guests in the shower, so I had to clean it before using it. I think more attention should be paid to cleaning before guests check in. There were also no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen, which felt a bit odd since other basic supplies like toilet paper were provided. Finally, I mentioned that I’d be staying during my birthday and asked if there were any small compliments from the host, but the reply I received was a bit confusing — and in the end, there was no gesture or compliment provided at all. Overall, it was an okay stay — good location and comfortable bed, but cleanliness, attention to detail, and communication could be improved.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, je n’ai rien à redire. La maison est propre, elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et elle est située dans une rue calme à seulement 2 minutes du métro. J’ai beaucoup aimé et je pense revenir.

観光地や駅のほか、スーパーやドラッグストアも近くに点在して便利の良い立地でした。お部屋も広々と快適でした。質問メッセージの対応も迅速で助かりました。おすすめの宿です。

連泊で途中清掃無しだったので、タオルがもう数枚あるとより嬉しい。
