立地が良く、地下鉄の駅、空港バス（100E）の乗り場にも近いため観光に便利 スーパーも近い とても静かで過ごしやすい アジア料理が立ち並ぶ通りに面している キッチン道具一式が揃っている（食器、調理器具はもちろん、洗剤、スポンジ、調味料など） お湯の出も良い

シャワーカーテンがないので、座って浴びなければならず、それでも床が濡れてしまった レンジ、洗濯機の使い方が難しい（洗濯機の中のドラムは、２枚が噛んでいるところを押せば開くが、勢いよく開くので指を挟まないよう注意） 洗濯がかなり時間がかかるうえに、あと何分の表示もない ベッドが柔らかく、腰が痛くなる
