Roof leaked, clothes washer leaked all over kitchen floor. Had to search Internet for tips on getting my clothes to dry. Front door handle loose, came off in my hand. Had to search for towels, some in lavatory, some in closets, one in the bedroom folded into a swan which was a nice touch but still… All in all, not remotely worth 260 a night.

The place was well located. Walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. Within rental bikes and scooters zone. Wifi worked fine.

The customer service was awful and not responsive. We were below 20°F and it was freezing at night. I requested a comforter at 7pm and it took them two days and several text messages to deliver the comforter. I couldn’t sit on the couch because it had two big cuts and sitting on it was going to make them bigger. The bathroom sink was clogged and it end up flooding the bathroom floor. I notified all these things the first day but they took care of the sink only when the water was coming from below the floor, and did nothing about the couch. Due to freezing cold of the first two nights I got a bad cold and had to stay in bed after returning home. Terrible smell. Hot water took 7 full minutes to run in the shower; no water pressure; towels, plates, and hangers were scarce (they brought some after 3 days). Poor lighting in the bedroom. In addition to all the inconveniences, the customer service was not responsive. They said they'll refund 10% for all the inconveniences but I'm still waiting (it's been almost a month). I tried to file a formal complaint and they have ignored me. At times it felt like texting to chatbots, you get a reply but the problem remains.

The process of booking was simple and not a hassle. Great parking & VERY clean inside each room. The hosts provided everything that we needed and were some what quick and reliable when we called for assistance.

It was a bit difficult to actually get in the room. At first they did provide the wrong passcode for entry to the room. Also there were a a few time where it was hard to turn the knobs at once to get in the apartment. Lastly, it did smell funny.

No breakfast. I had a kitchen to make exactly what I wanted.

I love the privacy of having the whole apartment to myself. Much better feeling to wake up to than a hotel.

The apartment was very nice and clean and had everything you needed. The staff was helpful when I called for some help and maintenance was fast to respond. They seem to really care.

The facility was clean and has all the necessities.

We had a big problem with the water. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low and the hot water took 30 minutes to come out the faucets. Terrible. The bathroom is very important to us, and absolutely we will never come back to this property.
