"It was what it was won’t be booking this place again"

No HOT water OR water pressure ,washer was LOUD, seen more than 5 roaches smell was terrible ☹️

"Terrible horrible customer service still haven’t received refund"

Located close to our health care facility

Arrived late at night with my elderly parents - my mother was there for surgery. The one and only toilet was clogged when I contacted Evonify they didn’t believe me and asked me to send them a photo (felt gaslighted) didn’t send anyone out to fix the toilet and said to wait till the next day which we were unable to do. The lights in the second bedroom were not plugged in had to move bed with my elderly father to plug them in. We left that first night and asked for a refund which we have not received as yet. The complex is dirty with bottles and trash on the ground.

Location proximity.

It was filthy. Hair and roaches in the bath. Roaches in the kitchen. Dirty laundry, dirty dishes. It wasn’t ready for a new guest.

The outside looks iffy but once inside, it’s beautiful! My son enjoyed having his own room to sleep in and be able to watch television/movies in his own space. Plenty of room for us to be comfortable and has everything you need. I have no complaints whatsoever. Had a little difficult time with check in info and deposit but contacted the host and assisted in the process and they were courteous and responsive immediately, so excellent communication.

I complaints. As I mentioned, apartments make look a little iffy from the outside but we felt safe and the inside totally makes up for it. Lol
