Old Town Residence - Św Ducha Street

Location is good

Located in 4th floor without lift. We had to smell smoking while we were up and down. There’s entrance shared with other house which exposed to the noise during night and early morning. Not spacious for 5 group of family and temperature of water in shower booth is not able to be controlled. Hot or cold.

The apartment was a 20min taxi drive from the airport and was in a lovely clean and quite area and very close to the Christmas Market and a large shopping centre called the Forum. There were also plenty of places to eat. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and great value. It had a fully equipped kitchen. The closest supermarket was on the ground floor in the Forum shopping centre.

As described, clean and very comfortable.

Upstairs was a little cold at bed time even with radiators on full in the living area.

lovely apartment and great location in the middle of the old town of Gdansk. Unfortunately we had to leave after just one night. See other comment.

The stairs and the internal stairs to the second bedroom. Four flights for people over 60 is just too much and the steep ladder to the second bedroom is not for the faint hearted. Would never have booked this had I known. However, if I was 30 years younger I would have enjoyed it a lot more.

The apartment was in heart of the City. Big apartmant, spacy in good condition..

It was difficult to find the accomodation.The given address was at two places.It wasn't expaned clearly. The house ( not the flat) inside was very dirty. There was only one nigth table and lamp át the double bed.

We didn't even stay there for one hour! My daughter had a fractured ankle and a sprained foot. Unfortunately, the rental description does not clearly state that the "stairs" to the attic are very steep, like a ladder, which would have been a great inconvenience for us, and in addition, the external bathroom outside the apartment. The Flatbook management did not take into account my complaint despite the fact that the apartment was a great inconvenience due to my daughter's disability, and despite the fact that a complaint was filed and a request for a refund of the costs incurred, these costs were not reimbursed to us.
