Guest and the City - Group Bookings

It was a great location and all of the places I wanted to visit were very close by. Ashley was lovely. There was a problem with the key due to a misunderstanding but she dealt with it and I had a nice stay. If and when I go back to Brighton I would definitely consider staying here again.

I can't think of anything other than the problem with the key.

Over priced noisy and strange smell

It was clean and the bed was ok

No curtains in room. Hall light shone into room all night and daylight in through main window made sleep extremely difficult No toiletries in shower, which had lovely hot water but is quite small. No complimentary tea or coffee. I managed to snag the only mug in the kitchen to make myself a hot water to drink. Very over priced.

Worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, noisey and smelly.

Rooms are very outdated, no blinds, locks barely worked on the door, bed was in bad condition, the matress was buggered, there was a musty smell everywhere
