Uni Island - City Heart Suites

The location is central. Although it was central and the apartment was on the 1st floor, it was very silent (and we are light sleepers). Stratos left us gifts at arrival, which was a very nice gesture. We could do laundry, the washing machine was functional and there was a clothesdryer on the balcony. The air conditioning unit was working great. The bathroom had shower gel and shampoo and the space was generous. There were some cooking utensils and an induction stove, but we did not use them. There was a wall mounted TV with Netflix and Youtube on it. Overall, the apartment was clean, looked like in the pictures and perfect for our 2 day trip. We recommend it!

The policy of using toilet paper (throwing it in a separate bin), but this is understandable, as the sewage system was using small pipes and could become clogged with the dissolved toilet paper. There was also an LED strip above the sink, for which we struggled a bit to find the switch (search behind the coffee machine) . Overall, these were small things that did not inconvenience us.

Η σουίτα ήταν άνετη ευρύχωρη με όλες τις παροχές ενός σπιτιού.Ολα καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα και ο οικοδεσπότης μας πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός να μας βοηθήσει με τα πράγματα μας και να μας κατευθύνει για όλες μας τις ανάγκες. Το σπίτι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης για να μπορεί να εξυπηρετεί κάθε μετακίνηση στην πόλη .

Appartamento molto confortevole e ben arredato. Stratos é una persona simpatica e gentile. Scelta pratico e raccomandabile per una famiglia.

Problème de télécommande pour la TV

Very clean and a great location. To the city center. Great food just right downstairs. Comfortable for a family of four, but someone sleeps on a sofa bed.

The apartment was new and clean, and really well located, close to the city center but not in the really crowded area. There was good and prompt communication with the owners. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the welcome gift of water and breakfast. A very good choice.

I'm not giving it a 10 because on the second night the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and we're not sure why. It worked fine on the first night.
