Great location easy access to everythink. Host was amazing really looked after me with anythink I needed help with as I was travelling on my own.

Placement and how easy was to get there

The location is perfect, the host is responsive, the shower is good.

The photos don't correspond to the condition of the property. It is not clean, everything is old, cracking, making noises which are disturbing (doors, air conditioning, frigo, bed, heating system). There are too many instructions to follow which uou get in the last momentwhen everythingis paid, including throwing the garbage 300-400m away from the property and getting the access card to the garbage containers back to the property, watching the meters of electricity, heating, etc.. The bed linen are old and used, smelling strange, leaving the impression that they have not been either properly washed or not changed at all. The bed is extremely firm and uncomfortable, cracking at each movement. The terrace is unusable, dirty and with ground piles to stop the water. Basically, it is a property for one night, otherwise it is getting painful.

More spacious than envisaged, modern, attention to detail perfect.. would suit a small family, as it was we travelled for the Pisa Marathon and location amazing. Owner amenable to early check in, had all the mod cons inc. Coffee Machine. Francesca had covered all queries in advance and offered useful tips during her stay - Thanks.

The fridge was a little noisy as others have said, but we worked around it. Due to the card system which kicks the heating in, or off when you leave it's a little hard to keep a consistent temperature (it is December).. but it soon warmed so this was fine. Nothing that should impact a decision to stay here..

The apartment is on ground floor in and old building. It was very cold in the apartment when we arrived and we found it difficult to maintain a good temperature during our stay. Probably very nice in the summer, but a bit to cold in the winter.

fabulous central location to everything including a short walk from the airport. Clean, welcoming apartment with everything you might need. fantastic host who thought of everything and made our stay simple and comfortable.

Location was great. 15min to tower and train station. 30 to airport.

Quite noisy with fridge, neighbours and flight path. Would like a toaster too.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Relatively close, at easy walking distance, to the train station and main attractions. Accommodation as described. An excellent base for exploring Pisa and also surrounding area such as Pisa Marina, Lucca and a little further afield, Cinque Terre. The accommodation had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to our great host, clear instructions and communications.

Perhaps it would help to have some written instructions in the accommodation for the use of the electrical hob and heating if needed. Outside space & patio was small without views, but the setup allowed to open the patio doors.
