Excellent location, guest was very attentive and apartment was great.

Great location, plenty of room in the apartment, very clean

Bed wasn’t that comfy and the only mirror was in the bathroom.

The location and there was hot water in the shower.

The refrigerator condenser was extremely loud, the freezer didn't work, ice cream was ruined, electricity tripped if you used more then one burner, the bed was cheap and uncomfortably. We had to leave the city tax in cash, this should have been included in the fee, getting cash was a pain

Very good location. A perfect stay for a city break style holiday and fits the bill for Pisa. Street parking is outside (we managed to grab) and good value. There are others of course. The property itself is very clean & tidy throughout. It’s secure which is a must but not always a given and this just helps you to relax. There are plenty of nice touches from the satellite tv, coffee pods through to a well equipped mini kitchen and AC (essential even over this weekend). Clear instructions made the check in process totally smooth. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very enclosed with little to no natural light ,lights needed on at all times , terrace area is ready non existent..like a basement . . No windows to any outside space .this must be stated on description. Apartment only suitable for a quick overnight stay.. feels clostrapobic.

Not too far from the main square and attractions. Apartment had everything you needed. Very comfortable pillows!

Was full of mosquitos we both ended up with at least 10 bites each. We didn’t have the windows open so they must have been inside when we got there.

The host was kind and available throughout our stay, and self-check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment was well furnished, with very fine details and good taste (such as books, guides to museums, coffee machine and vegan detergents). Its location is absolutely great: you are steps away from the heart of the town.

The night tax (tassa di soggiorno, in italian) has to be paid cash, which is costly and complicated if you're traveling cashless or have cards in other currency. The apartment gets almost no natural light as the windows are surrounded by walls.
