The property was in a great location and parking next door was very cheap. The place was clean and had most of the things you’d need.

The blinds weren’t great in the living area and there were no tea towels. The beds were okay, but you could feel some of the springs.

We arrived at the address of the property we had booked. We couldn’t find the entrance, so called the number provided. We were abruptly given a different postcode and then had the phone put down on us. After googling the postcode, we found we had to walk back across town. When we eventually found the property relating to the new postcode. It was not pleasant to say the least. Don’t book with aqua apartments because firstly it is not at the address given, secondly inside the apartment is no where near the quality of the advertised accommodation, and thirdly the hosts were unhelpful and rude.

It wasn’t the apartment we booked! A clear case of false advertising. It was also wasn’t very clean. There was a poster of apartment rules saying we would be fined £50 if there was makeup on the towels. The towels were already dirty with stains - thank goodness we took our own. There weren’t any teaspoons to make coffee - again, luckily we bought our own. In the hallway, there were wires on the floor, which were a clear hazard. The chairs in the lounge were not stable. We didn’t dare sit on them incase they collapsed. The sofa was sagging in the middle above which wonky pictures hung on the wall. It was an unpleasant stay. We ended up sleeping in top of the bed as the sheets were stained. We got up early to leave as soon as we could. Worst night’s sleep ever!

Location and is modern apartment

bed was really dirty and had stains on them made me uncomfortable when sleeping even think I saw some blood stains on the bedding which was very disturbing and also the carpet in the bedrooms were not vacuumed and had lots of dust all over it

The position was central, and it was quiet. The key pick-up was well explained and easy. The space was good for 4 adults. Having 2 bathrooms.was useful.

We had no WiFi and this was not fixed until 10pm of the night before we left. Communication was slow. The bins weren't empty in 1 bathroom, behind the bed was very dirty. The ensuite bathroom shower was too weak to use. There was no toilet roll or teatowel. There were not enough bowls etc. for 4. A watered-down washing-up liquid was provided. 1 of the chairs was too wobbly to use. Many things lacking had been mentioned in previous reviews but have not been improved. I informed them of these issues on leaving hoping they would pick up on them to improve, but received no reply.
