Aqua-Themed 2 Bedroom Cosy Apartment - City Centre

The location and the beds were very comfortable.

The toaster had all crumbs on it and some glasses were not cleaned properly. Also fingerprints on glass table and window, only small concerns. Shower in en-suite would not work.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and we had easy to follow instructions of how to collect keys and find it.

There was only 2 mugs, no spoons and only 3 plates. As there were 4 of us staying we would have liked one each. The shower power in the ensuite was poor. We could only get a trickle of water. We made do with the second bathroom.

Sure i like everything , really was wonderful apartment , also the stuff who works in this company, they help you for anything you need and anytime, , apartment is clean, room was nice , comfortable staying , the apartment is super , close to everything .. sure i will back for this apartment , i like it really.

Great location for central Birmingham and the apartment was lovely. Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Great communication support from the host and even though key collection was a bit convoluted, the instructions given were useful and thorough. Great time had, we will be back to this excellent appartment.

As with most things that are great, there are elements that are not so great. None of this detracted from our very pleasant stay however, but they are worth mentioning. The beds in both rooms were springy and uncomfortable especially in the second room that doesn't have the ensuite. Even a set of mattress toppers would probably do the job. Considering there is a MUCH easier way to access the building, I would suggest the host uses this when giving instructions on how to enter and not through the car park and ( overflowing ) refuse area which does make for an unpleasant start to your stay. Oddly, we couldn't find a hair dryer and in honesty, a tea towel would be very helpful in the Kitchen. As many have mentioned, the en suite shower is really not great but if you don't mind standing in a bath, the bathroom shower is much much better.

It's very clean and quiet, great location for most things in Birmingham.

Could just do with a couple more plates/glasses in cupboard.
