Central loft D5

Η τοποθεσία, είναι ολα κοντά. Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα που μπορείς να χρειαστείς και είχαμε και 2 μικρά παιδιά μαζί μας. Μπράβο στην καθαριότητα του χώρου. Ειχαμε τη δυνατότητα του πάρκινγκ. Όλα σουπερ.

A comfortable and cozy apartment with open spaces and personal touches of the owner. Very clean and very quiet although it’s located downtown. The underground parking very convenient for only 10€ per day.

Everything was fantastic, the people especially made me and my wife feel very welcome. The location is perfect in the heart of Volos, easy access to everything in a very small distance and the apartment was super nice, very modern

Very central, well equipped place and very kind host.

I rented this apartment for my parents who are in their 70s. I wanted a very central location that had a lift so they could walk everywhere. They stayed for a full week and absolutely loved it. And I did too! I was working remotely and used it as an office during the day as it had a great workspace. Rarely a property looks as good as its photos but this exceeded my expectations. The apartment is huge. Serviced by 2 lifts and has a carpark that I could easily get a Suzuki Vitara into. It has so much space. A fully equipped kitchen with various options for making a coffee. There's 3 air conditioners so you can keep the place well cold but even during the summer you could cool it with one. It has everything you could need. Initially I thought a balcony would be nice but you just don't need one in the heat and the fact you have a coffee shop downstairs and the church square also there's so much space to get outdoors within a minute. Then there's the port which is so close. Honestly, this is probably the best located and central address in Volos. Back inside the apartment there's 2 massive sofas and a huge TV to chill out. The thing that made it so much better was the amazing hosts. They were so attentive and responsive. They even left some useful groceries in the fridge for my parents. Something that maybe not all guests would receive but because they knew my parents were older, they went to the extra effort. I would love to stay here myself and maybe I will one day! I can't recommend this apartment enough. If you're on the fence about it not having a balcony, don't worry! I guarantee you won't miss having one.
