Casa Dei Normanni: DEA al mare

We got a different apartment than originally agreed because the one we booked was under renovation. Therefore, the comments I gave are for apartment 68. We enjoyed one night in Céfalu. We were very well located. The street is 5mn walking from the beach and in the middle of the city center. The apartment had a small balcony looking over the roof. Beds were comfortable. All windows were looking over the roof and we could see a nice blue sky. There is a possibility to park not really far (about €28 p/day).

Sofa and chairs were a bit old. Appliances not really modern too. The TV is really small.

Great sized room well equipped and comfortable. Great kitchen and washing machine very useful when travelling. Host allowed us to store our bags prior and post checkin so we could explore the town. Close to the beach as well.

Stairs were steep but worth the climb

Modern, clean, spacious and with everything we needed (including beac umbrella and beac towels - nice touch. Just inside the old town and short walk to the main beach. We were lucky to have the ground floor unit that also has access via a courtyard. Unless you want a full service hotel, this is a fantastic choice. Only ‘issue’ might be parking as if close, you have to pay for it or it’s a relatively long walk to where it’s free.

Little Day light in apartment

Beautiful, comfortable, modern-design apartment right in the heart of everything. Restaurants literally outside the door, beach just steps away; short walk to/from train station. Host Rosalba has thought of everything. In addition to kitchenette/dining area, there's even a washing machine and drying rack. Easy check-in and check-out. You can't go wrong with this place. 10 out of 10. Hike La Rocca, you won't regret it. -KW

The place mentions private parking. We found however there is private parking 10min walk away for a fee. The description is misleading
