One of the lift buttons for level 3 malfunction for so long but never repair. Carpet a bit smelly- after vacuum better Toilet bowl water pipe nose malfunction- once press water won’t stop even after we release it- need to close the main tap

The room is spacious

1. The AC is not working (tak sejuk). I lodge a complaint to the front desk, the technician came and replace certain parts. However, the room only cool for about 30m. After that, there’s this friction noises coming from the AC machine above the ceiling. Lodge the 2nd complaint, the front desk said the technician will come tonight, tapi tak datang. I meant, i could understand kalau tech tak datang malam tu pon to resolve the issues immedietly tapi at least, inform la customer. Ini i tunggu sampai 12:30am kot. Totally dissaponted with the services.
