Location was inside a university school. Stayed at this hotel as it was nearer to visit some relative's house. Room is generally clean and room shower head was good. Breakfast area café had a very nice outdoor ambience and view.

Had booked a room with terrace but somehow was informed by counter that they do not offer any room with terrace or balcony. So was puzzled why booking platform had that option? Room air-conditioner was not working well and not cool enough. There's no stand/bench for luggage placement. The pipe inside the shower room was choked and shower room floor will be 'flood' if consistent showering a long time.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly, and the room was neat and well maintained. The TV functioned well, and the water supply was good with no issues. Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this hotel

Nothing...but may be UNITEN could light up little bit the surrounding view at night 😄
