Location was ok. Good outdoor spaces. Has most of the equipment and facilities needed. Close to some local bars/ restaurants. Quiet location.

Bed wasn’t great, small double with basic bedding. Towels thin and basic. No beach towels. No WiFi. Bit of a walk to nearest beach.

L emplacement la tranquillité

Je n ait pas apprecier les frais de nettoyage de 60 euro qui ne sont pas expliqué a la réservation sur le site de booking beaucoup de personnes se plaigne de payer 60 euro en supplément

La situacion

Que nos cobrarán 60 de limpieza ,en efectivo y sin factura el primer día de llegada. Para una estancia de 2 noches En invierno que no se utiliza nada de la casa nos pareció desproporcionado y abusivo.

"Watch out for hidden fees."

Didn't stay at the accommodation because of the extra fee for late check in 20 euros and 60 euro cleaning fee which wasn't added before making reservation. Can't comment on the accommodation. But owner was good communicating after the date has passed for you to cancel free of charge. If you've booked this recently I advise you to check your confirmation email for all the add ons which don't appear on the important info on the booking.com app.

As above - extra charges added after making reservation. The cleaning fee should be added into the total cost at the point of reservation as per booking.com's t&c's. Even Airbnb are upfront with the cleaning costs before you reserve! I've used booking.com a lot and this is the first time this has happened. Will be more careful in future and maybe use another site to book accommodation.
