Las cuatro plantas sin ascensor. Y creo que no cambiaron las sábanas. Y si estaban cambiadas pues no olían a limpio

"Good Location but i won't return or suggest"

Location was very good, A/C could warmup the placep

The host was always bossy, never polite or caring. We had a power issue, and they totally ghosted us – no calls, emails, or messages. Luckily, a nice neighbor helped us get in touch with the owner to fix it. Crazy thing is, no one even bothered to check if the problem was actually solved. When I gave feedback, the team was super rude and basically told me it wasn't a hotel and not to expect 24-hour service. and the problem happened at 10 am, so it's not like it was the middle of the night. I guess because of the location, they just don't care about good service or they don't know professional communication and service.
