Luxe sur Mer B&B Sorrento

Great location near to the train station and only a few minutes walk from the main square. Luiss was an amazing host, very friendly and always available if needed. Rooms were spotlessly clean! Decent sized balcony and good air conditioning in the room.

Excelent and clean location with great view with a plus for the host, Mr. Luigi, always available to help and to provide useful information. Very close to the bus and train station, shops and restaurants.

Everything is perfect. The room was clean. Luiss is very kind and helped us a lot. He recommended us lots of restaurants and views. Also, he responded us very nicely and quickly. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Our host was welcoming and available from our arrival until we left. An exceptional host, we enjoyed chatting with him, as well as taking advantage of his recommendaitons for places to visit and restaurants to enjoy. The accommodations were extremely well taken care of and sparkling clean. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and even surprised me on my birthday with something special. As for breakfast, we enjoyed our coffee, juice and dolci at the San Vincenzo Cafe just outside the front door of our building. The staff were friendly and always smiling and welcoming each morning Their food and beverages were very good, and well priced. A very popular place with locals, who recognized us after a few days, and wished us bon giorno every day. The location was excellent, as was the view. We took day trips by bus, and train, which was so convenient as the stations were just across the street. This should not bother anyone, as it did not impede our view as we were on the top floor, and it was not noisy.

We enjoyed the solarium, where we sat and caught up on emails and news, et cetera. Our only criticism was that it was cold, and we would recommend a heater in there during the colder months. The other recommendation we would have is that the kitchen or room include a coffee maker such as a Keurig, with coffee pods and some sugar and cream for guests to enjoy when they are in their room or in the solarium. In the bathroom, more hooks and storage would have been great. We find this typical in Europe - two bathtowels, two guests, and only ONE hook on which to hang the towels. A shelf, perhaps over the small towel rack to the left of the bidet, would offer more space for toiletries. We would also recommend offering an upscale breakfast, such as an "English Breakfast, at an additional cost.

Great location! Short walk to the train station and Sorrento port were you can take a ferry to Capri, Amalfi, etc. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent! The host, Luiss, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay!

Our trip was even better than expected. Thanks to Luigi and his suggestions on where to visit , Luxe Sur Mer now has a special place in our hearts. Any questions were quickly responded to on What’s App. Never have we stayed at such a clean and welcoming accommodation. Sitting on our balcony , watching the sunset towards Capri … unforgettable!
