The location near the train and cleanliness

The rules!! As soon as we met the host we were told no eating or drinking in the room, no bags on the floor. Room had laminated A4 sheets, signs hanging from shower cubicle and frames containing the rules. ‘Don’t shower early in the morning or late at night, don’t hang things on shower cubicle, don’t lean on basin, don’t eat or drink, close shower cubicle quietly, etc’. We are 60 and 62 we only needed telling once so we gathered sheets into a neat pile but they were laid out the next day by someone. Cleaner would straighten everything every day, even zipping up my make up bag and moving things. Some people may like that but I found it a bit intrusive. There was a tiny place if you wanted to eat on high stools at a table but every time we left it came back to our room the host appeared from a door so felt uncomfortable to be in the foyer. It’s obviously a block of residential homes so perhaps not the best place to have holiday accommodation!!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view out to Mount Vesuvius. The host was very helpful and took pride in his accommodation. It was very close to the town and train station.

The cash deposit requested was excessive and might cause an issue if you didn't want to take 300 euros in cash home with you. There were lots of rules and requests printed out and displayed in the room which took away from the relaxation slightly.

Mr. Luigi was so kind and helpful. He was the best part of the stay. The location is close to the train station and an easy walk up the hill from it. Our room had a lovely view of the gulf and Mt. Vesuvius.

I only put 4 stars for location only because it is a very busy street. A place very close to the water would probably have been quieter and very pleasant, but this was convenient to the train. Just want people to be aware. You are not allowed to have food or drink in your room. You can eat and drink in the common area or common balcony, but that view was not as lovely as our room view.

Having travelled around the world quite a bit, I will say that this is the best B&B that I have stayed at. Location : Right in the Centre of Town and short walk to all attractions. Rooms : Very clean, new and contemporary. We had a sea view and it was exceptional with a view of the Mountains and the Ocean. The Bathrooms had wonderful toiletries and everything felt very new and clean. The Bedding and the pillows are extremely comfortable and they have electric window shutters. A small safe and refrigerator complete everything that one would need.There is a small balcony with a table and chairs if you choose so sit out and have a drink in the evening. Breakfast - Is served in a cute cafe downstairs and is very good. Host - Luiss the host of the property is the 11th Star, he was amazing even before we checked in by providing us all the necessary information about our stay and even came to drop us off to the elevator when we left. He is truly a gem and gave us some wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do, he was always around to answer any questions in person and WhatsApp and everytime he saw us, he would ask if we needed anything. Seeing how he was interacting with all guests I realized that he is an amazing man who just wants to ensure that his guests have the best experience at his property.

Nice and very clean. Prime location. Easy to go to the bus station, port and restaurant. The staff is very nice and friendly. I love staying here. Highly recommended!!😊😆

Louis was a wonderful host. He. Gave us such wonderful restaurant recommendations. The parting gift was a lovely reminder of our trip. Location was great.

Wish there was a sign on the building, as it's an condo. The address was difficult to see from the street.
