Luxe sur Mer B&B Sorrento

Location is great. Close to the streets where the commercial center of Sorrento is located and also several restaurants. The B&B is on the sixth floor of a building. The rooms are fully renovated and modernized. Very comfortable bed, sensational shower. The windows are double insulated and therefore the noise of cars on the avenue where it is located does not bother you. The view to the sea was something else. The manager, Luigi, is an exceptional host, very attentive, helpful and does everything to make you feel like you are at home, offering several recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. At the end of the stay, Luigi very kindly even gave us a wonderful souvenir of Sorrento. The breakfast, served in a bistro a few meters from the hotel, met our expectations perfectly.

Luxe sur Mer exceeded our expectations as it was a perfect location to get around Sorrento without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, but just a short walk to all of the popular areas. Our host, Luiss, was amazing with tons of helpful hints and recommendations. He really tries to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and is very responsive with communications. If you're lucky enough to get one of the rooms with a balcony the view is spectacular, perhaps one of the best in the area as it overlooks the the tops of the other buildings which are mostly on the flat part of Sorrento. The only negative if any is this property is on the main thoroughfare through town, hence has quite a bit of traffic noise. However the windows and balcony doors do a great job of blocking the noise, barely noticeable when inside. I highly recommend this property, and Luiss will make sure your stay is amazing.

Perfect stay, perfect room, great and very helpful Luiss!!! The best view in Sorrento!!! Close to everything you need: beach, restaurants, shops, vesuviana and bus station.

Highly recommend!! We arrived at the property and Luiss was immediately helpful. He met us at the door and accompanied us up to the reception. He offered us refreshments and a lovely bit of cake which was delicious. Luiss explained everything thoroughly and showed us to our room. The room was clean and decorated well, the view was outstanding, something you could never get bored of. Luiss gave us so much advice and recommendations to get the most out of our stay. It was my partner’s 30th birthday and we woke up to a card and a gift hanging outside on the door. So thoughtful. Luiss went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time and we certainly did. Look forward to returning! Thank you so much!

Our host Luiss went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. The room was comfy and decorated with class. I would definitely return again.

I didn’t like providing a cash deposit. I lost money in the exchange. Credit card or Venmo would have been more convenient. I would recommend coffee in the room or the facility.

Everything was just perfect. Luigi is the nicest host we have ever met. He was extremely helpful, answered all our questions immediately, and was attentive. The accommodation is in a great location, everything is close. The breakfast was also very delicious. My sister and we will definitely come be back at next year.
