The gardens were beautifully landscaped and the hotel itself was clearly thoughtfully designed

The bartending staff seemed inexperienced, did not come take out drink order, and forgot to prepare our drinks after we ordered at the bar. We made a reservation at the front desk for dinner, and there was no note of a reservation when we arrived. We were still seated after much back and fourth, but in the corner next to a table with two kids who were throwing things and breaking glasses the entire evening. The restaurant staff also seemed inexperienced, both with allergies and with ensuring guests knew the specials. Service was also very slow. We were also surprised there was no one at or near the pool to help; we had to set up our own umbrella, which required a separate stand that we had to find, and there were no chair cushions left.

The building is beautiful and the location is great. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Parking lot is large and free to guests and the hotel is generally very quiet.

The room was far too small for the price. We paid close to $700 USD and didn't have enough space to open two suitcases. The spa require advance booking even when empty, which felt unnecessarily rigid. The pool is nice but service was lacking; dishes sat uncollected and the bartender was on his phone while pouring a pastis that came out to over $20 USD. At this price point, the experience should match the setting.

L'établissement dans sa globalité : l'emplacement dans la ville, l'environnement, l'accueil et le personnel, les attentions, les équipements.

L'accessibilité des produits mis à disposition dans les douches qui nécessite de se baisser et de se relever systématiquement, ce qui peut compliquer la vie des personnes physiquement diminuées. Une tablette résoudrait facilement cette situation.

The charm of the hotel common areas and most of all the beautiful gardens with an array of fountains, sculptures and various sitting areas. It was truly magical.

The furniture in the rooms are a bit worn.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y elegantes, el restaurante bueno, los jardines preciosos.

Nos pusieron en una villa lateral, habitación 103, muy incómoda y fea, nada que ver con las fotos con las que reservamos. El aseo del acceso dejaba mucho que desear.
